This past Saturday, the 3rd Annual Septembeerfest was held in Corvallis. While I didn’t attend the event, I did pick up a bottle of the festival’s official beer, Ninkasi’s Weizelwizen. Weizelwizen started out as Mort and Sue Piripi’s Best-in-Show beer from the Oregon Homebrew Festival held earlier this year. As their [...] Man, vacationing is hard work. I needed to burn some of my accumulating vacation time, so I took yesterday and today off from work.
